LLM.kiwi provides AI features, including hosted model access, chat tools, OpenAI-compatible APIs, and related developer tooling.

4. Plans, billing, and taxes

Paid plans follow the pricing and metering terms shown on the site or in your account. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use restrictions

You agree to use LLM.kiwi only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service for any activity that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Upload or generate harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical controls.

6. Inputs, outputs, and AI limitations

You retain ownership of your input content. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs.

7. Intellectual property

LLM.kiwi and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, trademarks, and documentation.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, security, payment delinquency, legal compliance, or policy violations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the LLM.kiwi service provider is established.
